NACHMO 2020

In 2009 I co-founded NACHMO – formerly National Choreography Month – with Sharyn Korey. We’ve been working for over a decade to help dancers and choreographers from across the country create new dances. NACHMO provides both inspiration and resources for artists and aims to make the creative process more accessible to choreographers of all backgrounds, means, and locations. 

Our annual January challenge showings are coming up, and I encourage you to attend one or more underway in our 14 hubs around the country. In New York, our theater shows at the Actor's Fund are on February 22 and 23, 2020. These are curated concerts of new works created for our January Challenge.
